I am very disappointed with the level of service for Connect broadband connection. The internet of connect broadband is not working well and always many problems detetced their connection, and customer support is very unprofessional because whenever you try to call for customer care they do not give any response.

plase check out some key points .

- The Services of Connect broadband are Not Good in Chandigarh and Mohali.
- The Speed that Connect broadband plans offer is 50 Mbps but the actual speed for users recieve is 20 Mbps.
- The Customer support of Connect is unprofessional.
- We would like to Rate Connect broadband 4/10.

Although Connect broadband offers the best services in terms of plans, security, speed, or customer support. we would rate it 4/10 because of unavailablity of services in certain area of Mohali and Chandigarh and also because of the speed which is less than what plans is labled with in certain areas in mohali.like in one of the plan they have mentioned 50 mbps speed but actual speed most of the customer recieving is 10mbps which is way low then what mentioned. Its surely better in many places but best in business required to best in all areas isn’t it.
